Five years ago I filed I-130 petition for my sister to immigrate to USA. The case is still pending. But now my sister changes her mind. She doesn't want to immigrate to USA any more. She only wants to come to USA via tourist/business visa. I understand I can withdraw my I-130 petition for her. My question is how much impact it could be for her to get tourist/business visa by doing withdrawing or not withdrawing I-130.
-Withdrawal of I-130 or not does not make difference on the immigration intent whick may affect the B1/B2 visa application, but it does not mean she can not get the B1/B2 visa in the future.
