I sent my case to NC state on Aug 2003 and they sent it to Altanta Branch office in 15 days, did that mean I pass the state level? but this sysmtem make me angry too. I heard that some got LC in 6 months, or 8 months in the same office. why difference so much? it's not a fair game. We should complain.
