-No.

不想让现公司知道的太早.

2.转工作签证递交后,批下来以前,还能在现公司工作,对吗?

-Yes.

3.批下来以后,能在现公司继续工作一个月吗?

-Practically, yes.

4.批下来以后,如果不想去了,还能在现公司工作吗?

-Yes, but it is not fair to the new employer in this case (H1 transfer will spend a lot of money, time and energy). So, if you do not want to work for the new employer, you had better not do the h1 transfer because you do not want to hurt the new employer, right?
