在TX居住6个月,然后搬到OH （6年)。如果再搬回TX，最开始在TX居住的6个月是否算在“申请前要在本州居住3个月以上"？是否可以申请公民？

-No. You have to live in TX for at least 3 months to file the N-400 from the date you move back from OH to TX.
