请教：再递交EB２有没有意义？

我的EB３优先日期是２００７年３月，我在看能否再递交EB２（以便能用我的EB３的优先日期）. 如果我递交EB２时我EB３的优先日期已经变成CURRENT或甚至PAST， 我能否继续用EB３的优先日期？或者如果已变成PAST的话则直接获I４８５批准？
