父母485打指纹问题

我为父母申请绿卡，去年12月递的申请,到现在才收到打指纹通知四月底打指纹，回美证倒是早拿到了请问：
1，可以提前去打指纹吗需办理什么手续？
2，提前去打指纹可以加快绿卡批准速度吗？
3，面试一定在指纹之后吗？

因为父母夏天想回国数月，希望早点知道timeline好办理机票。谢谢大伙帮忙啦。
