我的一个朋友已经持有绿卡满三年也整整在美国住了三年了，但是如果要申请入籍的话，要等到拿绿卡满5年才可以申请。她的问题是如果她现在和美国公民男友结婚，

那她可以现在就提出公民入籍的申请吗，还是要等到和这个公民男友结婚满三年才可以申请呢？
