８６４表要求列出近三年的收入，

-Not 3 years, but one year.

 ２０１０年的在贫困线的１２５％以上， ２００９年和２００８年的在贫困线以下。 这说得过去吗？

-You only need to provide the copy of 2010 tax return you just filed or will file before April 15, 2011. not need to mention 2008 and 2009 income in the I-864 whick will not affect your mother GC applciation. 

 
是不是每年的都应该在贫困线以上啊？
