-Check the copy of your original Form I-140 (contact your HR or lawyer to get the copy of the I-140), not the I-140 approval notice or receipt and you will find that your EB3 is "Skilled Worker" or not. Also if your Eb3 job required your bachelor or higher degree, it is "Professional", not "Skilled Worker". "Skilled Worker" means the person has some kind of specific skills such as chef in Chinese restaurant, etc. and not necessary to have a College degree.
