Ａ部门办的ＥＢ３　ＰＥＲＭ被拒，现换到Ｂ部门办ＥＢ２（满足本科＋５年），可行吗？

-Yes if your friend does not use the working experience in this company for the EB2

PERM/I-140 (i.e. "＋５年"  experience is from another employer, not from the PERM/I-140 Sponsor).

 

还是必须换公司？
