我的H1b extension 还没有批下来，只有receipt。Current H1b expire on 9/14/2010。

刚刚收到了140 Eb1b 的批准，要准备递485了。

Part 1  中current USCIS status ，Expire on(mm/dd/yyyy)怎么填啊。

若填上9/14/2010岂不是太扎眼了？

-Fine. Also provide the copy of the H1 extension receipt and thus, USCIS will know your H1 extension is pending.

还有，在美出生的小孩儿不用和大人一起申请了吧。

-Not need. Your child is a US citizen already.
