决定放弃绿卡了，不想回去了，但是在犹豫交上407表后，在美国的401K怎莫办呢？能拿出来么？还是必须放在里面呢？工作了几年，也有不少在里面了，如果不能拿了多心疼啊！请高手指点！

-As far as I understand, you can get the 401K deposit back, but you need to pay the income tax plus some kind of punishment from IRS. Check with your employer and IRS to find the relevant information.
