我的H1B还有一年半到期，也就是明年１０月左右，我有 I１４０ approval notice. 现在换到新公司工作， H1B transfer时可以延３年, 但新公司要重新给我办绿卡. 我的问题是，

 

是否我需要在我H1B 到期之前至少一年  file 新的PERM?

 

-Had better do it as soon as possible in case your old employer withdraws the old approved i-140.

 

这个到期日是明年１０月还是三年后的日期?

-Had better file PERM inadvance at least one year before your current valid H1 I-94 expires. If no, you may use premium processing to get the new I-140 approval before the H1 expires if your old approval I-140 is withdrawn.
