我先生申请的I-140现在被RFE了，最最棘手的是要求公司提供2001年的报税，

-Just provide what the RFE needs.

问题是2001我先生还没有正式在此公司工作，并且公司当年报税也不够Cover他申请时的薪水，

-Don't think it will affect your spouse's I-140. As long as the employer prove the ability to pay your spouse's salary at the prevail level form the PERM filing date to the I-485 approval date, then your spouse GC application will be fine.

请各路高手看看有没有什么特殊办法可解决此令人头大的问题吗？
