我的小孩去年，前年两次用AP回中国，得到parolee I-94卡，

但移民局的记录有错误，说他从2009年7月至今仍然在中国。- What kind of records, and how did you get to knwo it?

现在，我们的485 排期即将到了，这样的记录错误会影响他的审批结果吗？会要求他到广州等绿卡吗？我们有什么需要做吗？请老师给予指导。谢谢！
