-Techincally it is hard to get the b2 visa because you filed I-130 for her already (immigration intent), but she can try B2 visa and if she is lucky, she might get it.

谢谢！如果被拒了，会影响以后的签证嘛？害怕得不偿失呢。。。

如果要去申请b2，请问能以什么理由呢,只是旅游？
