我父母刚去申请了新护照。我已经把160表填好了，用的旧护照号码，寄出去了。拿到
新护照160表必须重新填吗？另外他们是中信代签要求面签快一年了。

-You may fill a new one. If no, Just provide the new passport and the old passport together for the visa interview.
