父母绿卡身份回国，原定在国内呆4/5个月回美。但妈妈近日摔倒骨折，估计好几个月不能动弹。如果妈妈因伤病无法在6个月内返美，请教大侠指点可否申请延期和如何办理。谢谢。

-As long as they return to US within one year, they will be fine. Just bring the Dr. certificate or the hospital bills just in case. If they can not return for > one year, they need to get the Returning Resident Visa (SB-1 Visa) from US Consulate in Guangzhou.
