Greencard holders

Hi everyone,

I just heard that the spouse and children of a greencard holder can come and wait for their greencards in the USA now. Is this true now?

This can be good news for those card holders who want to marry a nice girl in China.

Appreciate if if anyone who knows about this and talk about it here.
