H1B 延期批准了,但是工作时间段他们给少批了一年.我的材料都提交了.移民局的大哥就是不看.

现在我是不是要提交一个AMENDMENT? 请问我要填那些表? 如何向移民局说明白呢?

我已经在同一个雇主申请了两次H1B, AMENDMENT 还要交钱吗?

-Yes, but only the I-129 filing fee, no antifraud and training fee. You may just extend it again before the H1 expires (also no antifraud and training fee because you have extended your H1 for at least two times with the same employer).
