-It is possible.

2）打算马上申请公民，如果申请公民后再回国，6个月内返美，会有麻烦吗？

-It is possible to have trouble unless you get the US citizenship before you leave.

如果有白皮书，就既可入境又可保住绿卡吗？

-Yes. But if you stay in China for more than 6 months contniuously before you get the US citizenship, you will have trouble in the US citizenship application.
