我的情况是， 140Eb-1a，  只用10天批了， 484工卡再审批， 怎样延长？ 

-I just checked the AC21 about the H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit, and I found that you are not qualified for the H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit because your I-140 filing was less than one year and your priority date is current. So, you only can use EAD to work.

Because you did not tell us how long your PERM/I-140 was filed in your initial post, my comments to your initial post is inaccurate, so just ignore my above comments.
