烦请pjiang, 863211等大侠把看看我的140并建议

我是8/5/2010filed的EB1a140 (DIY)，至今还没有收到任何信息(状态仍然是initial review)。3/3/2011我做了个SR,电话里被告知30天以后可以再联系移民局（如果没有收到任何信息）。可是上周收到了移民局的信说要到5-7月后才能和移民局联系。移民局的信如下：

If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 5-7 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.

 

我的问题是：1。 这种情况下我能否PP; 2. 会不会5-7月后仍没消息；3。正常的140 不会有这么长的处理时间，我的case是不是不正常？
