公民考试通过了，但还没宣誓，如果拿到公民纸前 或者拿到公民纸后但是没有美国护照前出美国，是什么身份？

-If you have taken the oath and sub-mitted the green card to USCIS, your US citizen and you have to get your US passport and Chinese visa to travel to China. Otherwise, you are still a green card holder with Chinese citizenship.

如果去第三国，美国公民不用签证，但是中国公民需要签证的话，我需要工中国护照申请签证么？

还能用中国护照回美国么？

-If your US citizen, your Chinese citizenship is automatically lost and you can not use the Chinese passport anymore.

还有会中国的话，户口会被自动取消么？
