我太太和孩子2001年来美国，入境发了一个F-2的 I-94白卡
后来我们身份转换，改为H-1，太太和孩子改为H-4，后来在2007年又由于申请I-485改
为EAD卡，也拿到AP返乡证；
请问， 他们如果返回中国， 他们的I-94白卡是否仍然有效(11年没有用过)，有没
有作废？
-The F2 I-94 is invalid, but keep the copy of it in your record, just in case.
随着他们身份的改变，I-94白卡需要更新么？？
-When they got the H4 status, they should have got the H4 I-94 (with the H4 approval notice), right? That H4 I-94 has overriden the F2 I-94.
返回美国还需要提交什么材料？？
-When they leave, they need to sub-mit the H4 I-94 (or any latest I-94) to the airlines as everyone does. If they use AP to travel, just bring the I-485 receipt with them. They still need to fill the I-94 in the airplane and provide it to the CBP officer to get the I-94 endoresement at the port of entry as they did before (entered with F2 visa).
