From this, could you please tell me what they really want? In my original submission, I have submitted a copy of all my I-94 cards including those detached from H1B approval notices and those issued when I came to the U.S. from China. The issued I-94 cards are just two: Parolee (December, 2007) (using advanced parole based on my first green card application, at the end, the application was denied due to failure of I140(NIW)) F1 (July, 2002) (this is my first time to enter the US as a graduate student) It seems that they need the I-94 card of F1 (July, 2002). Is that right? If right, USCIS should find this one in my original submission. This is confusing me.
-It is enough to provide the Parolee I-94 and a copy of the AP with any stamp on it for this entry, but you may also provide the copies of the F1 I-94 and the F1 visa even if you have provided them previously. Sometimes the officer is confused, so just provide what they asked in the RFE.
