I-140 批准了，今天找律师要批准书，她说公司的政策是不给。

我现在手头上只有一份申请

 

 

请问，将来换了公司，仅凭

 

I-140 的收据号可以relink 我的PD吗？(当然要重新申请PERM和I-140).

-Normally USCIS needs the I-140 approval notice for the PD carry-over. But if you don't have a choice, just provide the receipt and USCIS can find the case in their system. But it is possible some lazy officer might give you trouble.

生气了, 我想辞职不在这家公司受剥削了。
