1. 140批准之后再file 485和EAD就可以了,还是需要一直等到current呢?

-Must wait for the PD to be current to file I-485.

2. 我如果想要用EAD就需要先转成H4,正确吗?

-No. EAD is irrelevant to H4 or any other non-immigration status.

3. 如果h4后用EAD出境后,需要申请AP回来吗? (加拿大公民)

-You either use AP or just enter US by getting the H4 I-94 at the port of entry.
