Thanks for the reply.  Two more questions:

First, the lawyer I have right now is the same lady who wrote that letter of legal opinion right now, since both of her letter failed to solve my issue, do you think I should hire someone else or still have her to represent me since she knows my situation the best.

Second, what is the difference between file I-129B MTR and taking the USICS to the immigration court?  Which option is better for me?
