回复：父母绿卡 I-130 提问

（1）根据USCIS关于I-130的介绍，给母亲办绿卡，只要交申请费，I130表，申请人的公民证书复印件，和申请人的出身公证的复印件。关于父亲，只要多交一个父母的结婚证书的复印件。并没有提到要父母的出生公证。但是论坛里很多帖子谈到要父母的出生公证，所以想请老师们确定一下。

-I-130 filing does not need parents's birth certificates, but their I-485 filing do need it. So, you need to prepare it.

（2）PJANG老师的BLOG，建议B2签证的父母在停留期作废一两月前再申请。但是如果等到停留期，还没有I130的消息，那是应该继续呆在美国，还是要离境？

-Not need离境, and their unlawful presence does not affect their GC application.

（3）如果I130 和I485同时递，那体检可否等I130批准了之后在做？
