是只在I140表中的第9部分填吗？
还是把她填在I140表中的第1部分，让她作为petitioner？并在第5部分的type of petitioner里选other(Explain, e.g. Permanent Resident, U.S. Cititzen or any other person filling on behalf of the alien)？最后还要让他在I140的第9部分签名？
