我是H4身份，打算5月底回国探亲，计划到北京后，立即去美国使馆办理回签，估计那时应在5月底6月初。今天忽然发现老公H1今年9月11日到期，我的H4也同时到期。不知道签证官见H1三个月后就到期了，会不会不给我这个h4拒签？
-It should be fine to use the old h1 approval notice for the H4 visa. Your spouse can file the H1 extension in advance up to 6 months, and you can bring a copy of the h1 extension receipt with you. If the VO ask the old H1 duration expiration soon, you just show him/her the H1 extension receipt and explain you will extend your h4 after you enter US because your spouse is extending his H1 (pending now). if not asked, do not need to say anything about the H1 extension pending.
