请各位专家帮忙看一下我的情况：我的6年H1b今年8月到期，现在的公司提交了延期申请并得到批准所以H1b延到明年8月到期。公司也在去年给我办了PERM,但是现在PERM被audit了。
现在有另一家公司想要雇我，办理H1b transfer并承诺一进去就开始办PERM,新工作有经常去其它国家出差的机会，
所以理论上说出境的那些天数也会自动延到h1b上。
-Not true because your H1 has been extended beyond the 6 year limit. Your H1 will expire in 8/2012 and you have to extend it again before that date.
我现在有个疑问：现在公司的1年h1b延期是基于我的PERM在pending状态，那如果我跳槽到新公司，这1年延期是否还有效？

如果有效，跳过去的话，是否只要新公司在明年8月前递上PERM，就可以继续申请延期了？
-Not true. Your new employer has to file PERM before August this year (2011) if you want to use the new PERM for the H1 extension, but if your new PERM is filed after this August, you may just use premium processing to file your I-140 after the PERM is approved, then you can extend your H1 for another 3 year before bfore your current H1 expires (August 2012). In thses days, the PERM normally takes one to two months to be approved.
