我爱人曾经用过工卡（现在已经过期，也不再打工），因此我上一次H1 renew时没有RENEW她的H4.现在又到我Reniew的时间，我想知道：

1.有没有必要给她Renew H4.

-Don't think she needs to do that.

2.如果有必要，如何操作？诸如是不是要提供过期的工卡复印件？没有未过期的I-797，是不是只能用五年前那个旧的I-797？

-I think her H4 I-94 has expired, right? If yes, she can not extend the H4 status within US and only can get the h4 visa outside US to reinstate her H4 status if she wants to get the H4 status.
