1.我现在一直在美国的大学教书，offer到2011年底。offer也可以继续延长。老板愿意继续给我延期J1，这样反复延期会不会有移民倾向？
-No problem. But the J1 status only can be the maximum of 5 years, so you had better get the J1 waiver someday and then, change your status to H1.
影响以后转身分？
-Not affect that.
2.出国获得F1的时间会多长？
-Don't htink you need to change your status to F1 now because you can extend your J1 before your current J1 expires.
目前我没有机会获得工作签证吗？
-No. You have to get the J1 waiver first, and the you can be qualified for the 工作签证 (H1 or L1).
申请waiver的同时，有可能在其他公司或者目前工作单位获得工作签证吗？
3.转成F1后，可以申请H1/H2 或者L1/L2 了吗？如果waiver失败，怎么办？
-No unless you get the J1 waiver first.
