请问H１B六年后回国一年怎么再申请H１B?

请教各位老师：

我H１B六年就要到期了，LD还在４８５排期（还有至少三四年）。我想回国一年后再H４过来，看看能不能找个工作再重新申请H１B，可是律师说根据(8 CFR 214.2(h)(13)(iii)(A) ) I must be “physically present outside the United States, except for brief trips for business or pleasure, for the immediate prior year” before seeking an extension, change or status, or being readmitted to the US in H or L status.
