在线填D-160表- 急问

各位老师，我在为父母在线填D-160表. 我父母都是来过美国三次了。他们都退休了。过去五年也没有工作。在填PART9 时，为什么PART9 （ADDITION WORK/ training information) 这部分不出现呢？所以，我也没有办法回答 -- 1. do you beklong to a clan or tribe? 2. have you travelled to other countries) ......5. have you ever served in the military.

这是为什么呢？希望老师们帮忙看一看。谢谢
