1） 我自己在办NIW （不太肯定会不会被批准）。公司也准备在几个月后开始给我办绿卡。但是似乎只给办Perm based EB2.估计那时候NIW也不会批准呢，请问我同时自己办NIW和公司给我办PERM based EB2 绿卡申请有什么问题吗？
-Don't think it will be a probelm, but why do you waste your money to file NIW if your employer will file PERM?
2）我的H1B到明年9月底就用完了。我听说如果走perm这条路，必须要在H1B第5年结束前（对我来说也就是2011年9月底之前）递交perm申请，请问有这个规定和说法吗？
-If you want to use PERM filing to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit, the PERM should be filed in advance at least one year before your 6 year h1 expires. But you can use premium processing to get the I-140 approved if your PERM filing is late, and then you still can extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit. Don't see you have a problem because the PERM approval is fast recently and thus you can file I-140 using premium processsing if necessary.
