我EB3，一直有H-1B。因老公工作，需要全家搬到外州，我可以在家REMOTE继续给原公司工作。

1．要不要File H1B Amendment?

-Not need to do anything if your company allow you to work in the original location indicated in the LCA/H1.

2．公司管移民的人说, 拿到绿卡后，我不能继续在家上班， 要回原公司所在地工作半年。有这么回事吗？

-Not true.

3．老公一直用EAD上班，还可以申请绿卡吗？

-Yes if his company sposnor him. But if your priority date will be current soon, he may not need to apply for it.
