2）目前孩子在中国上学，别的孩子假期都在学这学那，而我的孩子还要跑到美国蹲移民监。我担心到头来他两头都耽搁了。中国也上不了好大学，美国也上不了好大学。所以想让他在中国安定下来，好好学习。不知哪种方法对孩子最有利？

-I think he may just give up the green card. If you can get the US citizenship, it is very easy for him to get the green card again before he turns 21 years. If you can not get the US citizen, you still can sponsor his green card as the green card holder as long as you keep your green card valid though it may take five or more years (you can file I-130 earlier after he gives up the green card).
