I130 for sister

Hi,

I applied for my sister to come to US in 12/27/97. Now the processing date is 4/15/98. My sister is in Beijing and she has not received anything from the US consulate. What can I or she do to get some information? She has a hu*****and and 17 year old daughter. Can they come to US together? (I geuss not).
