485只需三个月就批 after FP in VSC?

My lawyer told me it only takes 3 months to get I485 approval after fingerprint in VSC. Looks like it is too good to be true. I filed I485 in March 2004, will make FP in November. I am employment based 485.

Any comments? Thanks!
