-Yes.

要填N-600 去得到 certificate of citizenship 吗?

-Your child can chhose either to file N-600 to claim the certificate of citizenship or to apply for his/her US passport directly.

想给子女申请美国护照, 如何操作?

-Go to your local Post Office to apply for it (they will telll you how to do).
