老公2007年7月大潮申请绿卡，类别是NIW，claim的是cancer research，如果想从academia换到工业界，会影响绿卡申请吗？有什么限制吗？谢谢！

-The new job must be in the same/similar area as the old one you claimed in the NIW-140. Other than that, no other limitations.
