我正在申请临时绿卡转正式绿卡，还没收到正式绿卡，近期想回中国。我需要去当

地(纽约)移民局盖I551章还是凭extension letter和过期绿卡就可以。

-Bring the I-751 filing receipt, copy of your conditional GC and your passport to the local office to get the I-551 stamp on your passport and you can use this stamp for the travel.

看到网上好多人说现在移民局不给

-No problem at all.

盖I551 stamp了,而中国方面又不认extension letter.
