My hu*****and's NIW I-485 被RFE, 2007-7-1交的申请。现在还没有收到信件， 不知道会要求补什么。现在的情况是： 他自2008-08离开OakRidge实验室去读了2年的finance engineer， 2010 用AP 回了中国工作一年， 现在在美国还在找工作过程中。 各位前辈老师，

 

这NIW I-485 RFE 一般会要求补什么呀？特别焦虑， 害怕要补employment, paystub之类的文件。

-Most likey it is concerned with his employement status. So, he needs to find a job in the same/similar area as the old job he claimed in the NIW I-140 as soon as possible.
