I am also at TSC. I didn’t include I134 for my wife (my attoney said do not need it). now I heard that some centers do require I134 for dependent. my attorney is in NY and I worry about TSC is one of these centers require 134.

I ask the question hoping your experience will give a clue if TSC require 134. Does your spouse work? Do you provide your Tax return forms to your attorney?
