E-file I-131的问题

请问，我在e-file I-131 时候，在最后一项 certify form, 要我填写律师信息，以及firm name， fax #等等。但这些都是我自己弄得（没有律师）。可如果不添的话，系统就告诉有错误。

请问有知道如何处理的吗？
