回复：本公司内部换职位影响H1/Green Card 申请吗?

本人目前以H1工作. I140已批. Priority date 不current, 所以未递交485 . 想在本公司内部换职位(title 以及project 有一些变化). 请问本公司内部换职位会影响H1身份吗?

 -If your work responsibilities have been changed substantially, your employer need to file the H1 amendment. if just promotion, not need h1 amendament. Talk to your lawyer about it.

 

可不可以继续使用现在的H1或换职位必须要先重办H1?
