再问pjiang, 863211等诸位大侠：problems with e-filing I-131

 

Q1: What to do with "Middle Name Initial" item? I don't have one and it does not allow "none" as input. Now I can ignore it and continue yet it keeps warning me the form is filled completely.

 

Q2: At the "Certify Forms" step: After the item "Print Name:" it is item "Title:". I don't understand what it is asking. What should I fill for the title?  Should I put "Ms." as the title? Or something else?
